Select your e-bike, rental period, and your desired address in Hamburg (hotel, holiday apartment, or home) online.

Contactless pick-up & drive away
On the first day of your rental, your bike will be fully charged and waiting for you on-site by 9:00 am at the latest. You will receive the lock code via SMS/email – you don't have to wait for anyone.

Get picked up in comfort
On the last day of your booking, simply lock the e-bike back up at the delivery location by 18:00. We will take care of the collection.

We combine premium e-bikes with a well-thought-out digital rental process. From the pre-delivery check to the collection after your tour, every step is organised so that you have as little to worry about as possible.
Tested and delivered ready to go
Before every rental, we check the brakes, gears, tyres and battery. Your e-bike arrives clean, fully charged and properly prepared for you.
Your combination lock code will be sent digitally
Before your rental starts, we will send you the personal code for the combination lock. This allows you to collect your e-bike directly from the agreed location – without any key handover or additional handover appointment.
Digitally convenient, personally accessible
Even though renting works digitally, you are not alone. If you have any questions about operation, routes or booking, you can reach our Hamburg team.
Drop off instead of returning
After your tour, lock the bike again at the starting location. We will collect it – you don't need to plan a return trip to the rental station.
